I love history, but I have the hardest time remembering things.

Except through stories.

It wasn't until I'd read The Other Boleyn Girl that I made the connection in my mind between Anne Boleyn and King Henry VIII! And even though the author had taken some liberties, it gave me a good idea of what the "real" story might be. This is what I wanted to do with this blog.

But why mysteries?

I am an eternal skeptic...and I hate it.

In a world which gets explained more and more, we need mysteries now more than ever. I'm all for knowing how things work, but I also feel it's cost us all the magic.​
